About PureWave Wellness
PureWave Wellness provides alternative health and wellness products for customers seeking practical, home-based solutions to support hydration, lifestyle balance, and complementary wellness routines. Our product range includes water systems designed with functionality similar to Kangen-style machines, along with other carefully selected equipment for everyday use.

Water Machines
PureWave Wellness offers alkaline water ionizer systems designed to produce alkaline and hydrogen-rich water for drinking and general household use. These machines are commonly chosen for their smooth taste, adjustable water settings, and convenience in supporting daily hydration routines.

Our range includes both countertop and under-sink models. Under-sink systems are especially popular for customers who prefer a clean, uncluttered kitchen, as the main unit is installed discreetly inside a cabinet, with a dedicated tap fitted at the sink for easy access.

Delivery
We offer worldwide delivery for a fixed fee of £30 per order, regardless of location. This simple pricing structure allows customers to order with confidence, without needing to calculate varying shipping costs.

Please note that we are unable to ship to certain regions due to courier restrictions, customs limitations, or international regulations. These commonly include (but are not limited to): North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea/Sevastopol region. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Warranty
All products supplied by PureWave Wellness include a 3-month warranty. This covers the initial period after purchase and is designed to give customers confidence, protecting against faults that may arise under normal home use.

Plumbing and Installation
Installation of a Kangen-style water machine is typically straightforward, particularly in newer homes with modern plumbing layouts. Under-sink systems usually connect to standard cold water lines and use a separate faucet, making installation relatively simple when there is adequate space and accessible pipework.

In newer build properties, installation is often quicker and more cost-effective due to better access, existing shut-off valves, and more practical kitchen layouts.

In older homes, installation may take longer. Pipework can be more restrictive, and older fittings may require adaptation or replacement. In these cases, hiring a professional plumber is usually recommended to ensure a safe and reliable installation.

Typical UK Plumbing Costs
Plumbing rates in the UK (2026) generally range from £40 to £80 per hour, with average rates around £50 to £58. London and the South East tend to be higher. Many plumbers also charge a call-out fee or minimum first-hour rate, typically between £60 and £120.

For a straightforward installation in a newer home, customers can usually expect costs between £80 and £150. These jobs often take one to two hours and involve a simple under-sink connection.

For older properties, where additional work such as adapting fittings, drilling, or pipe adjustments may be required, costs typically range from £150 to £300 or more, depending on complexity and materials.

What to Check Before Booking Installation
Before arranging installation, customers should consider the following:

  • Available space under the sink for the unit

  • Presence of a shut-off valve on the cold water supply

  • Whether a tap hole is already available or needs to be drilled

  • Condition and age of existing plumbing

  • Whether the quote includes labour only or also covers parts and call-out fees

Important Notes
Plumbing costs can vary depending on location, property type, kitchen layout, and whether the work is scheduled during standard hours or as an urgent call-out. For the most accurate pricing, it is always best to obtain a fixed quote from a qualified local plumber.
